  • That means we are committed to using slow, honest processes in all of our food. We don’t believe in overworking or forcing the food into submission. Our techniques respect the food’s natural characteristics and work with them (not against them) to offer an honest, uncontrived and more healthy product that allows the flavors and textures of the food to shine.
  • Flour is dedicated to act as a partner with its employees, purveyors and community as well as its customers and other local businesses.
  • Flour is continually mindful that the food we provide comes from the earth and we are responsible for making every effort to leave it at least as good as we found it, if not a little better
  • Not focusing exclusively on food sources, but in packaging, energy usage, transportation; the entirety of what Flour touches is ever mindful of our impact and how to make things better. We try very hard to take only what we need from the earth, and to use well whatever we take.
  • Flour is a place where people come together and spend the moments that make up a lifetime. We are honored to be a part of people’s lives and do our best to truly encourage our customers to feel at home spending time with us.
